Shipping & Returns

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for NON-CUSTOM orders (any order that did not consist of a service), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the case that a custom order is not to your satisfaction, you can request an adjustment within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, and you must pay both shipping and return shipping for the adjustment. Requests for adjustment are subject to approval, and any signs of neglect or malicious intent will result in immediate denial of the request and could possibly result in refusal of future services. Note: the return for refund of any custom order is not possible, unless there were extenuating circumstances that warrant the refund. A refund may be issued in the only form of a future discount or gift card if the circumstance has been found to warrant the refund.


For non customized items to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your non-custom return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days**. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

**Custom orders (ie any order that includes the use of a service) are not subject to this shipping policy. This is due to the variance of receipt of clubs, demand of services, and time to complete the custom orders. For orders that are being shipped and not picked up locally, tracking will be provided for return of clubs once work is complete within 24 hours of completion. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, delivery times are only estimates, carrier service delays are out of our control. If it has been more than 2 weeks since your estimated delivery date, please reach out to us for further assistance. **

BirdieWorkz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BirdieWorkz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
